DR Congo headline CPI from the official INS statistical portal.
The INS portal publishes a small source workbook intended for CSV/Excel export. It currently contains the national monthly headline index and its published month-on-month rate. This connector deliberately does not fetch the longer BCC-hosted history: BCC's legal notice separately prohibits automated collection, systematic archiving, and scripted redistribution.
