Vietnam National Statistics Office consumer-price connector.
Vietnam's NSO publishes its national CPI tables through a keyless legacy PXWeb interface. The public API catalogue does not expose the price database, but each official table offers a deterministic JSON-stat export. This connector submits the source's own export form and archives the returned bytes.
The four tables are complementary: a 2019-base monthly index for 2020 onward, published month-on-month rates from 2002, published year-on-year rates from 2010, and annual-average changes from 2000. Source-native expenditure groups remain under the `vnso2019` taxonomy; they are not asserted to be COICOP. Gold and US-dollar indices in the same files are outside the CPI dataset and are deliberately excluded.
